Hi! I am using SMPP to communicate with an Ericsson SMS-C. I just can't get scandinavian characters to display right in the sms:es sent with Kannel. If I use the encoding parameter in send-sms it works to send to e.g. Ericsson T39 phone if I set encoding=2, but then it doesn't work to Nokia phones. Has anyone experienced these kind of problems, and is there a solution? I use Kannel 1.1.5 and a php script to send url-encoded messages.
