Sorry to be a pain guys,
I can access the modem AT commands through IR but through the data cable I cannot gain access. I was hoping this phone would work with Kannel as the same commands as in sms_at2.c work through IR. Unfortunately IR is not stable enough to leave running - line of sight and all that.
Is there a special unlock or anything like that? Any help appreciated else its of to Car Phone warehouse for me.
the phone doesnt do standard AT commands on the serial cable but
runs some infrared type encapsulation over it. Its not worth using it
with Kannel.
