yes of course - yesterday I tested successfully sending siemens-ota via kannel,
first I tested sending midi-files, second and today I want to test bmp.
The big disadvantage... many, many short-messages :-(
...but you can send all files, (vcf, bmp, mid, ...) to siemens-phones. Because the files are directly saved to the phone-memory (or multimedia-card in the phone). And siemens-ota is only splitting and encoding files to shortmessages.
If all tests are done, I want to make a tutorial :-)
