When bugs are submited, they become "New".
Then someone assigns it to somebody else (or itself) and it becomes
"assigned".

"New" means that noone has even looked at it :(


Whoever wants to fix a bug, please click on "assign to me", fix it,
"resolve" it and ask for original submiter to test and "close" the bug.
