Hi Stipe

There are a couple of issues. I am a _very_ happy user of Kannel's SMS
capabilities and I would like to contribute more. Unfortunately I am not
a C programmer.

When I provided some comments after doing some very amateurish hacking
on the DLR (sdb) mechanisms the conversation quickly left my area of
(limited) knowledge and centred on unique ids for all messages. Is this
not perhaps a hint that the DLR component of the project should be more
disassociated from the core functionality?

Perhaps there needs to be tighter control of some core central part of
the project, and that the rest of the project is divided into modules,
with sub-teams maintaining them? This could mean that the core team can
work on the 'kernel' and not be over-stretched. This comment is
speculation -- I don't mean to offend anyone.

I am very grateful for the Kannel project. My little company does not
receive money directoy for the services it provides, but we wouldn't be
doing protoype work for Orange unless we had it.

Kind regards,
Rory
