If you want to guarantee that the mobile user goes through your
Kannel gateway, then setup a modem pool (either analog or isdn)
and have the user make a Circuit Switched Data (CSD) dialin to
your modem pool.  The user's phone will then setup a
PPP connection for Internet access through the CSD connection..
