We are using CIMD2 to connect to operator SMSC
Whne I send the following message using sendsms
"test_" (quotes included)
$ lynx --dump
"http://127.0.0.1:16016/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=XXXX&password=XXXX&to=12345

Kannel is sending this message as _qqtest_qq_--

I referred the CIMD interface specification document character conversion
table for user data It shows
GSM Iso-Latin Special combination

But I could not understand anything out of it.
Any suggestions what I am doing wrong..........?
