Charset conversion for '@' and '_' in SMPP

Title: Charset conversion for '@' and '_' in SMPP

Hi,

I was not able to receive these characters ( '@' and '_' ) right while using SMPP connection. They were converted to '0xa1' and '0xa7'. I found these two characters in 'gwlib/charset.c' and returned '0xa1' to '@' and '0xa7' to '_' and the problem was solved.

Would you please explain me why this happens? Did I do something wrong by changing these?

If this is not the right way to solve it, then what should i do?
