AFAIK, this means no change in sendsms calling since ASCII range is the first
128 bytesin UTF-8. How about the latin1?
Vinc, can you give an "before/after utf-8 patch" example of the beakers for
sms-service ger-url calls and DLR???
I' need this "visual". Maybe others too ;)
