If this works as a patch would it be possible to get it included in the
next release?
I believe that what I have done is correct in within the context of a
single thread for read/write.
The intent was to insure that the wait time when interrupted is properly
restarted in the case of an incoming message.
The code should err on slow side and the throttle speed should be ever
so slightly slower than the requested speed.
I am not including the patch again since it is already on the list from
the last few days.

Hi Alvin!!!
Seems to be working ok! :)
The carrier is anyway giving me Throttling errors, but I applied the
miliseconds patch to show miliseconds on the logs, and throughput is
ok.
I'm even sending at 10 sms/seg to test, and they said it's configured
to allow 20 sms/seg, and despite of that they return Throttling
errors...
So I sent them my logs for them to check, there has to be something
wrong from their side...
Thank u very much for the patch!!! :)

Here it is.
It was against 1.4.1
I don't remember the exact things I did. But I did spend about a day
thinking about what to do and started a few times.
If you have a problem I will take a closer look at what I have running
right now and verify this is the right patch.

I've tried Stuart Beck's patch, but it isn't working for me, as soon
as an ACK is received, throughput is not respecte and receive
Throtling errors

what kannel version was it made against?
1.4.1?
Thanks!
Juan
