Why not just complete the userguide with examples? So all the questions will require only one answer: Read The Nice Manual. ;)
Besides that, I support the WIKI idea. It is more permanent and browsable than an IRC chat. Anyone can contribute. The IRC may be very useful for new people aproaching Kannel, but not as a reference on how to get dlr or wap push working. I've seen complete tutorials that are only found in the mail archives, sometimes, not very easily. (One I can remember is about dlr's, from Davy Chan). Regards, Rodrigo.
