The patch dlr_delay.patch does include a userguide element for the
option dlr-group-id
It was based on the userguide when I wrote the patch a year of so
ago, so unless the format if the guide has changed it should still be
ok.

As regards being submitted into the Kannel CVS, that's up to the
Kannel
maintainers.
Hopefully they will give you feedback on any improvements needed so
it can
be included into the Kannel CVS, but without the user guide changes
Kannel
users will not know about your improvements.
Thanks for the patches as it provides an interesting approach to load
balancing and dlr delay.
