IMO Kannel release is already overdue. Stipe is the release manager so
all the questions to him ;)
@Stipe: if you don't have time I will try todo release myself. Just let
me know...

P.S. There some unanswered questions about patches that should go into
1.4.2. E.g. meta-data patchset and other that I just don't care ;)
