hmm, actually we negotiated before that we release 1.4.2 WITHOUT the
meta-data
patch, but mainline it after the 1.4.2 release, then release 1.5.0
as devel
package WITH it, so we can jump to 1.6.0 stable later. I'd like to
go that way.
But in any way: release 1.4.2 stable AND 1.5.0 devel this week-
end! ... We need
to force any new users to use the latest code rather then old 1.4.1.
