Well, sqlbox is not smsbox, and I don't know it. Original patch was to align ppg with sendsms. That it did in my very first submission and was compatible with sqlbox. smsbox will continue erring when receiving empty dlr-url, as it always has. This is completely irrelevant to PPG and out of scope of the patch. I am not submitting anything more.
