Please read latest User's guide (from download section). There is a special
section dedicated to modem initialization. You have initialization problem.
Is there any chance that another application is accessing the modem at the
same time?

The same model , is working at another location, The person, who had,
configured there, tried to check ours too, But he also couldn't trace any
issue.
We are trying to setup things again, on other system too.
There is Rare chances of Hardware problem as all the AT commands are working
using MiniCom.

What if you set your speed = 4800 in group = modems? Does thathelp?

I am not able catch why are the commands not dispatched to Modem.
I have already checked with the things mentioned in the link you provided.
