build of 1000 full systems; there will be BTest systems sent to
developers.
Note that the developers will change: many of the developer BTest
systems will be absorbed by UI and network testing people; the network
testing is particularly machine intensive. Trying to do mesh networks
with bare boards is logistically painful.
