Are you implying that something *does* depend on it and/or you have a
package that fails to build in rawhide?
Disabling strigi/libstreamanalyzer support will cripple KFileMetaInfo:

The functions remain for ABI compatibility but they become no-ops. This
will affect metadata reading/writing functionality in at least k3b and
tellico.
