glamor needs libEGL too. But it does so through libepoxy, which doesn't
have a DT_NEEDED for it (or libGL) because it's all dlopen magic
instead.
xorg-x11-server-{Xorg,Xwayland} should grow at least a Recommends for
libEGL and libGL.
