Nothing depends on pth anymore. Nothing BuildRequires pth-devel anymore. gnupg2 has changed to using npth.
Also, there has been a strange pull request with the title ``Add CI tests using the standard test interface'' that requires extra packager commitment without touching the package: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pth/pull-request/1 I think pth should be retired.
