I have formerly looked at:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/nagios/
which (seemingly) had per F and EPEL release specific
differing commit permissions
and also which does not shows rights that I know Smooge added
last week. The bug red notice does not indicate this
information is stale, but only that a packagedb was stale ...
One now assumes tht more detail is needed to ovver a
(optionally per package) redirection

I see the expected data
