That's due to data migration bugs from pkgdb -> pagure over dist-git -> bugzilla. If you're not listed as contributor on src.fedoraproject.org for this package, eventually that will be synced to bugzilla. I also still get added to bugzilla tickets for packages I no longer maintain.
