And also, fp:spot/chromium doesn't preclude copying and pasting that into the terminal. Then there are cases when people are working in the terminal with no GUI available. Copying and pasting is almost impossible in that case. It is easier for humans to remember "fp:spot/chromium" than a long string that is the repo URL.
