Hi, The Fedora Media Writer for macOS at getfedora.org is not signed. I filed this bug a couple weeks ago but somehow lost track of it, and also it's possibly not the right location for the bug report as it relates to what's offered on getfedora.org
As I mention in the bug, it's not a big deal to use the work around for unsigned binaries when testing.
