No, doesn't have an F-lock key that I can see. It's usually beside F12. But I do see a Fn key. That might serve the same purpose somehow, to lock the F-keys in an alternate interpretation. Maybe, with a combination of some of the other modifier keys, it locks into the blue interpretation.
