Before looking at long-term solutions, we need a process to get F29 Xfce,
LXQt and Astronomy images (with official Fedora branding) signed off and
mirrored ASAP. This has been done often for Secondary/Alternative
architectures, it should be doable for Spins/Labs too. Telling the users of
all those Spins and Labs to wait for F30 just won't cut it, you will lose
them forever. (And there isn't even a guarantee that the same won't happen
again with F30.)
