So what the phrase means is that the existing authentication, authorization and accounting functionality in FAS is to be replaced with a new "login" that this group will develop? Is this perhaps about cleaning up the incoherent multitude of half- baked authentication methods that packagers have to wrestle with, so we'll only need to authenticate once to work on a package?
