Welcome to Fedora - I'm glad you are working to improve Fedora's Java packaging :-) Packages which are retired for more than 8 weeks need a new review request (basically just like a new package): https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Orphaned_package_that_need_new_maintainers#Claiming_Ownership_of_a_Retired_Package You could send links to your review requests to this mailing list - I guess this will increase the chance of a quick review.
