Ah, makes sense.

This means that ^^^ bootstrap chroot was successfully initialized (before?).  So
you should have 'yum' inside.  That looks fine, but..

... when initializing normal chroot ...

... mock seems to do 'dnf install', instead of 'yum install'.  This looks like
you have `package_manager = dnf`.
