Yep. 

That said, the issue is that some of those things are gone ( lsvpd,
isdn4k-utils ) and should be removed from comps, and some of them are
only available on arch'es other than the one you are trying to install
on ( xorg-x11-drv-omap, powerpc-utils, etc) so they need to indicate in
comps what arches they are available on. If someone wants to submit a
PR, feel free. I can try to at some point if not.

Do note also that this is not fatal to the transaction, it's just some
warnings, so I would not put this high on anyones list.
