A symlink is already provided. /etc/resolv.conf symlinks to
/run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf. But that contains only 127.0.0.1,
and not the full list of DNS servers. (That is appropriate for an
application that wants to do some DNS resolution on its own, bypassing
the nss stack. But it is not enough for an application that wants to
know the "real" list of servers.)
