Two builds for tests:
1. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=46635276
2. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=46635342
The deferrence between them - libraries permissions.
Problems are:
1. %{make_install} installs libraries with 0755 flags
2. After changing library files mode into 0644 rpmbuild not extracts
debug info
Where I'm wrong?
