Conceptually the compiler doesn't really know that the pragma refers to any particular function since they don't appear in any function scope. ASMs outside function scope have similar issues.
You could try moving the pragmas into function scope. I've had some success with that, but not as much as I'd like. SuSE just disables all the warnings except those which are emitted by the front-end. I think that's a long term mistake, but I don't have much influence over that decision.
