As per the wiki [1], I'm announcing that I want to take over the package catimg. The package was orphaned because the current maintainer doesn't have time anymore. The upstream project is still active and I'm in contact with the developer. Since the package is already retired, the review process needs to be restarted, I already filed a bug report for it [2].
