Looks to me like whoever did the build forgot to do the bohdi update
for 33, probably because it had branched just prior to that update.
Do we no longer do N-V-R checks when higher releases have older
packages than older releases?
I don't know what that means, but I almost always do my initial
building in rawhide followed by builds and updates to all currently
supported Fedora releases.
A cursory glance at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/darktable shows
that F32 and F31 indeed have a newer version of Darktable than F33. F33
doesn't even have a build currently in testing, so I find this to be
highly problematic that builds aren't getting pushed to F33.
This type of question really needs to be a bug report against the
darktable package, not a conversation in this list. Looks like @madko
is listed as the maintainer and @germano was the last person to build
push an update, but neglected F33. Such oversight does not seem very
good.
