How is systemd-resolved compliant with this requirement of RFC 3397 section 4:

 [2]   Resolve a name that contains any dots by first trying it as an
       FQDN and if that fails, with the local domain name (or
       searchlist if specified) appended.

when it does not resolve "dk." via DNS?
