It's not a package I need so I don't plan on taking it, the package I was actually looking for has the same name so is renamed to netgen-mesher in Fedora, however...
The original maintainer has not touched the netgen package (at least in the changelog) since 2008 and the version is pre 2014. There's a ton of hacks and old spec file cruft that should be cleaned up (like removing the buildroot). If no one uses it, then it needs to be orphaned. Thanks, Richard
