I removed the cvs-inted subpackage from Fedora 34. Those who need to run a CVS
server can use systemd cvs@.service activated by cvs.socket instead.

I believe it's unlikely that somobody will adopt xinetd. It was orphaned
because its maintainer orphaned all his packages.
