As its stand Discord cannot be put into the official fedora repositories
due to it being proprietary software.
But that hasn't stopped people from putting it in places you can install
from Fedora
- flatpak
https://flathub.org/repo/appstream/com.discordapp.Discord.flatpakref
- rpmfusion
- copr https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/duskmourn/discord
the copr is of note because instead of packaging Discord directly it
packages a systemd service that does it for you
