And iterate until you get APPROVED comment and flag fedora-review+
And now, how to get things moving ?
Isnt' there just a repo where to push the RPM ? (similar to Arch)

Untill you get your package to Fedora stable you can use Copr
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/
which has no barrier.
