cups-filters's been rebuilt in side tag as cups-filters-1.28.9-5.fc35.

I removed the build requirement for poppler-devel, since it is no longer needed (all stuff is now covered by poppler-cpp-devel).

Hi,

I've prepared rebase of poppler to 21.07.0 in the side tag "f35-build-side-43960". I'm asking you to build your dependent packages in it and I will ask to merge it to main branch next Monday (2nd of August).

There are several API changes and soname bump of the base library
libpoppler.so.*.

If your package still uses the unstable API (headers from poppler-devel), could you consider to change it to use a stable API (glib, qt5, C++)? It would mean less work for you and I would be able to disable the unstable API.

Marek
