Sorry, I now see that update has been obsoleted by
swift-lang-5.6.1-2.fc36 which is already pushed to stable.

This is a known race condition that may happen during release freeze and
I've submitted a PR to fix this in Bodhi. For this particular update,
I've simply unpushed it again.
