Firefox does not bother me too much: disabling branding was just a
configure switch last I checked, and the no-branding build will still
work fine.  I believe seL4 just says if you ship a modified version
you have to call it something different, and I am fine with that too.
My main problem is when removing trademarks is technically difficult
and/or causes breakage.
