The purpose of XBOOTLDR, "shared $boot" is sufficiently different purpose than 
"dedicated $boot" to warrant differentiation with unique partition type GUIDs. 
That's the purpose of partition type GUIDs.

Seems to me the only valid type code for a merged ESP+XBOOTLDR is ESP. What am 
I missing?
