COPR seems to work in some cases, specifically with the dist-git build (but not just building from dist-git).
Run "rpmbuild -bs foo-bar.spec", upload it to COPR and it will use Release: 1.
I also need to figure out if it works with building from SCM without uploading rendered SRPM.
