I want to ask if you know, or can reach Carmen Bianca Bakker?
They maintain package python-license-expression, which is outdated and several new version has been released in past 3
years.
There is upstream monitoring bug

With no update since June 2021. I pinged there for update on December 2022. I
write them privately on 2022-12-26.
No update since then.
If you know how to reach Carmen, then please let either of us know.
