+1 for continuing the (imperfect) convertion to SPDX.
Note that current phase is the last one. Before "Change Checkpoint: 100% Code Complete Deadline" (that is 2024-08-20) I plan to file Bugzillas for all remaining non-converted packages and no longer track the progress on bi-weekly base. This is what was approved in the Change:
