/usr/sbin cannot be merged, /usr/sbin/expressvpnd points to /usr/bin/ expressvpnd /usr/sbin cannot be merged, /usr/sbin/expressvpnd points to /usr/bin/ expressvpnd

Seems a bit weird since at face value it doesn't look to be a problem. It's a 3rd party package, I'll just get rid of it and try installing after the merge if I can.

Uninstalling the package fixed the issue, I'm fully merged now.
