Ok, it just seemed to be possibly easier since
asking if the package (before the rpmdev-bumpspec)
was already in stable at the existing dist would seem
to be scriptable.  Not having looked at the mass
rebuild scripts, I accept I am mistaken about the
trivialness of this random approach.  Thanks.
