No, the changelog [1] does not mention any breaking changes.
Since the last update there have mostly been formatting and clippy
(linter) changes.
I also checked the commit history to be safe and have identified only
one commit [2] that changes the public API.
The commit in question only extends the public API with a new method.
I have identified (using dnf repoquery) the following packages that
will
require a rebuild:
* gd
* pngquant
* python-pillow
* tuxpaint
* vips
I don't have enough permissions to do the rebuild for these packages.
Have you done test rebuilds in COPR?
No, since I don't see any issues / breaking changes with this update.
Just to be sure, I rebuilt the packages in COPR [3] and there were no
failures.
